We work with UK businesses across multiple sectors including – Software, Consultancy Services, Manufacturing, Telecoms, Media, Technology, Construction, Engineering, Retail, Recruitment, Leisure, Online Businesses, Electronics, Service Sectors, Distribution, and Logistics.

Do you offer buy side advice?

We do not provide buy-side advisory services, our focus is exclusively on representing the interests of the seller. Our expertise lies in helping business owners maximise value, structure favourable deal terms, and navigate the complexities of selling their company. By working solely on the sell-side, we maintain a clear alignment of interests with our clients and avoid any potential conflicts, ensuring that our advice and strategies are fully dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for the seller.

How do you value a buisness?

We never take a business to market with a price attached. Every business is unique, in the same way that every buyer is unique.

We do work with our clients to determine an approximate guide valuation range so they have a yardstick to measure offers by, but we believe in identifying the right acquirers, presenting them with full and detailed information and then inviting offers.

Who do you represent in the sale process?

We are engaged exclusively by the seller. Our role is to prepare the business for market, manage the process, and act in the best interests of our client to secure a successful outcome. We work transparently and professionally with buyers, but our duty is to the seller.

How can I be considered for future opportunities?

You can register your interest with us by sharing your acquisition criteria and background. We keep a list of qualified buyers and may contact you when a relevant opportunity arises. Contact us today.
