Specialist temporary site services firm Templec acquired by Capforce in first UK deal for the Belgian investment holding company

Entrepreneurs Hub has advised the shareholders of Templec Services Limited a specialist provider of temporary site services to many of the UK’s largest construction companies. Services include temporary site power, lighting, plumbing & welfare, alarms and CCTV. Templec has an excellent reputation in the UK for delivering services to large and complex sites and runs more than 125 concurrent projects each year, with project values ranging from £5million to more than £1billion.

Capforce is an investment holding company based in Belgium making long-term investments in profitable SMEs. Services for construction is a core investment pillar for Capforce, with Templec Services Limited being their first strategic acquisition in the UK.
