Bespoke washroom facilities manufacturer Formwise Washrooms has been acquired by Canadian investor Lynx Equity

Formwise Washrooms Ltd is a UK-based designer, manufacturer and installer of high-end washrooms. The company is a trusted partner for many tier-1 main contractors and interior fit-out firms and has worked on high-profile stadia as well as corporate, hospitality and education sectors.

Entrepreneurs Hub were engaged by the shareholders of Formwise to help them find a suitable acquirer for the business to secure its long-term future and fulfil its growth potential.

Lynx Equity Limited is a Canadian investor with a buy-and-hold strategy and a focus on SME businesses in North America and Europe. Since 2007 Lynx Equity has been nurturing companies to realise their potential and they now have over 50 companies in their portfolio.
