Cloud-based managed infrastructure and solutions specialist Sire Technology and Bastion Key acquired by Everything Tech Group

Sire Technology, operating in the UK, and Bastion Key, operating out of Gibraltar, have been sold to UK-based managed services provider, Everything Tech Group in a deal brokered by Entrepreneurs Hub.

The two businesses (Sire and Bastion – “SB”) offer advanced IT solutions in managed infrastructure, public and private Cloud hosting, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) from data centres in Gibraltar, Malta, Dublin and Malaysia.

As well as offering secure, carrier-class connectivity across continents, SB uniquely support Sovereign Cloud delivery demonstrating an advanced layer of capability. SB have templated remote data centres across the globe to support diverse requirements from blue-chip customers. Their dependability and first-time success deployments have driven growth, based on a level of customer satisfaction that is rarely found in technology. With the ever-increasing demands for data access anywhere, anytime, the growth trajectory of Sire/Bastion has been impressive.
